Shel Silverstein

Where the Sidewalk Ends

In this project me, my class and I had to take a  Shel Silverstein poem and do our own illustration to match the poem. Others did “Falling Up” and “The Voice”, but I did “Where the Sidewalk Ends” because I absolutely love this poem.

My illustration is a boy coming across the end of the sidewalk and he’s looking at the big sign that says, “SIDEWALK ENDS”. All in all, I very very  happy with this project.
